Thumbsucking – My Calm Happy Hands

My Calm Happy Hands are directed at the childhood problems related to oral habits including thumb and finger sucking and nail biting.  The program includes bedtime stories for children ages three to eight, and eight to twelve.  The stories contain unique relaxation and visualization sequences told in wonderful images to help your child empower him/her self to reduce thumbsucking or nailbiting all on their own. The program includes an extensive audio and written guide for parents to provide helpful suggestions and hints for assisting your child develope healthy oral habits, and suggestions for intervening directly when the problem is present.
